AND THEN ! is a series of five photographs which is at the intersection of Action, Photography and Video. It emerges from the observation of an ongoing regression in the regard of women as persons free from forms of oppression due to their sex (cultural, religious, social, etc.), which spread in society by a return to the moral order and by the undervalue, the banalisation to the deliberate ignorance of the violations of women's rights. In this work, the gesture is at the center of attention from the point of view of its action, that of (self) hiding, and its result, from an impossibility of communication to the dehumanisation. AND THEN ! questions the spectators on their own consciousness of an effective reality and brings them to position theirself.
